At Med-Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience in our store or on our web store. Here are some things you should know about buying from Med-Tech.

We will repair or replace any defective item returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

We will refund your money on any purchase returned within 15 days. We will issue a store credit for any item returned within 30 days. 

Call us during regular store hours, and you can speak with a product specialist about any of our products. We are experts in everything we sell. If you’re having a problem with one of our products, please call us. A product specialist may be able to resolve the issue right over the phone.

We want you to be satisfied with each purchase from Med-Tech. If you are not satisfied, or if the item is not working properly, please call us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we’ll help you with a return or an exchange. If you can come to our store in Tucson, you can return the item there. Limitations apply. Please contact us at 520-290-0337 for details.

Certain products are non-returnable, or have limitations on returns.

All returned items will be subject to inspection. If Med-Tech determines that a returned item is not in salable condition, you will be charged up to 30% of the price paid for the item. Conditions that will incur a restocking fee include, but are not limited to, damage to the product, its components, accessories, or packaging. A restocking fee will also be assessed for missing parts, accessories, or packaging.

Every returned item is inspected and tested. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time we receive the item to complete the inspection and testing process. Any item that is claimed to be defective and found to be in good working order will be returned to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from Med-Tech.

If you make a purchase from our physical store location, unique return policies that are different than the ones listed below may apply depending on the item. Please contact us at 520-290-0337 for details.

Any item with a total weight of 100 lbs. or more requires special return/refund/replacement instructions. If you purchased an item with a total weight of 100 lbs. or more, and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us for details and directions.

If you’re not satisfied with a purchase:
Directions for Returning an Item

1. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Package and return your purchase. (See “Directions for Packaging an Item” below)
3. Once we receive the return, we will process your replacement, exchange, refund or store credit within 15 days.

Directions for Packaging a Return Item

1. Please delete all personal data on any products with memory functions. Med-Tech cannot be held responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.
2. Re-pack the product with ALL of its parts, accessories, manuals, and packing to avoid restocking fees. 
3. Pack the contents securely to prevent damage to the item in transit, and to protect the product’s packaging so it remains in its original condition.
4. Send your item in a shipping box with the RMA clearly affixed to the outside. Without the RMA, your return may not be processed.
5. Ship your return to Med-Tech via a tracked carrier, within 10 days. Each RMA is valid for 10 days only. You will be provided a prepaid shipping label only when an item is defective.
6. Save your tracking number for your records.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Non-Refundable Products

Items that are used or damaged: If an item or the item's packaging is no longer in new, saleable condition, we cannot accept the return.

Single-use devices: Items purchased for one-time use cannot be returned after the product has been used. 

Potentially contaminated/exposed products: Any product that comes in contact with the skin, i.e., raised toilet seats, commodes, medical equipment, etc.
Items that have been installed cannot be returned

Items that must be returned in original, unopened packaging: Any perishable; any medical supplies; liquids, gels, etc.
